Saturday’s weather is calling for rain. Since we have almost 50 sales, it’s hard to coordinate a complete change of date.
Some sales will continue rain or shine. Some sales will happen on Sunday. And some sales will happen next Saturday, June 6.
We will try to update whatever information we know here.
In the meantime in the words of one of our garage sale hosts, please “cross your fingers and cross your toes” for all of us!
Unfortunately, due to the high likelihood of extreme weather this afternoon, we are cancelling the Hohner Avenue Porch Party today.
Thanks for all of your efforts, preparation, and willingness to be part of our special event. Of course, the safety of everyone involved is paramount.
We’ll be reaching out to you to invite you to participate next year, when the weather should be fantastic for a rocking’ HAPP event.

Not only is everyone in Central Frederick invited, but everyone in Kitchener or Waterloo Region for that matter is invited!
We’d especially like to see the porch party be a reunion of sorts for people who used to live in Central Frederick.
