Downtown focus group to help police plan

An invitation from the Waterloo Regional Police Service:

“In preparation for our 2015-2017 Strategic Business Plan, the Waterloo Regional Police Service is hosting several community focus groups to discuss policing and safety concerns, share ideas, and gather feedback. On the evening of Thursday July 24th, we will be hosting a focus group specifically for the downtown Kitchener community and we hope members of the Downtown Neighbourhood Alliance will be able to join us. Your input will be taken into consideration as WRPS sets priorities, allocates resources and develops strategies to improve the safety and quality of life for Waterloo Region.”

The focus group is meeting at City Hall in the Conestoga Room, 7 – 9 p.m.
