Our Annual General Meeting is June 9 at 7 p.m. at the Downtown Community Centre.

This meeting is a chance to take care of association business, look back over the past year and think about the coming year. It’s a great chance to meet neighbours and learn about your association.

Election of a new Executive

We’ll be electing a:

  • Chair
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Downtown Neighbourhood Alliance Rep
  • Communications Director
  • Member(s) at Large (Number to be determined at the meeting)

Proposed new constitution

This year’s executive took a look at our existing constitution and decided it needed to be updated. Here is the proposed new constitution as passed by the Executive for consideration by the membership at the AGM.
